Bolin Sentenced To 10 Years For DUI Fatality 

William Tyler Bolin was sentenced to 10 years in state prison for the death of Anna Carter last year. Bolin was the driver of a pickup truck, and Carter was a passenger, sitting on another passenger’s lap in February of last year. All of them were allegedly intoxicated. Bolin, who blew a .13 on the breathalyzer after his arrest, crashed into a utility pole and Carter suffered head injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene. After testimony from Bolin, as well as family members on both sides, he was sentenced to 10 years in state prison.
