Chapin-Pinotti Back In Court

Chapin-Pinotti Back In Court

Former Amador County School Official Elizabeth Chapin-Pinotti entered a Not Guilty plea in Amador Superior Court this afternoon.  Chapin-Pinotti is accused of ten felony counts related to alleged schemes to have the School District purchase textbooks that Chapin-Pinotti had herself authored.  In addition to accepting the Not Guilty plea, judge Steve. Hermanson also set the next court date in the case, a Preliminary Hearing for March 14th.  This marks Chapin-Pinotti's fourth court appearance since her arrest in August of 2016.
