Woman Charged In Willow Fire Misses Another Court Appearance

The woman charged with starting the Willow Fire in San Andreas in 2016 has a plea deal on the table…if she would show up to court. Renee Hogan has been offered 364 days in jail and 5 years of probation if she admits to 3 felonies, and another 30 days for a public intoxication charge. Hogan, however, has missed her last two court appearances. She is scheduled to be back in court tomorrow. Hogan is accused of starting the Willow Fire when she was driving around, intoxicated on pain killers and marijuana, on a flat tire throwing off sparks into the dry grass. She didn’t stop until someone blocked the roadway with their car.
