Some more details on the motorcycle crash in Jackson Friday. According to Police Chief Scott Morrison, the crash happened around 2pm Friday on Highway 88 at Court Street. Morrison says a couple from out of the area were on a motorcycle, parked at the Floors to Go parking lot. The male driver pulled out onto Highway 88 without looking for oncoming traffic, and pulled directly into the path of a big rig. The rig rear-ended the motorcycle, launching it off of the roadway and into some berry bushes. The male driver was ejected and flew almost 70 feet. The female passenger flew almost 60 feet and hit a tree. She suffered the most serious injuries and was flown to a valley hospital. The male was taken to a local hospital with less serious injuries.
