Amador Chamber Elects New Directors

The Amador County Chamber of Commerce held their annual General Membership and Monthly meeting, Wednesday night, June 21 at Mel's Banquet room.  The first order of business was the election of Board members for 2017-2019.  Incumbents; Beth Stanton, Kathleen Harmon, Rich Hoffman and Stephanie Farrell were re-elected to two year terms. Newly elected Directors included Matt Toma, Kevin Barnett and Dr. Alyson Pillsbury. Following dinner, President Jim Guidi called the regular business meeting to order.  Guidi reported on various ongoing Chamber projects including the Amador Fair Booth, the new “Welcome To Amador” sign and the advent of quarterly night dinner meetings.  Executive Director Jamie Barger reported on the Chambers new upcoming website, member directory and events. Guidi then called on the members present to stand and tell a bit about themselves and their business.  The meeting concluded with a raffle.  The Chambers next monthly meeting will be Friday July 21st, 8:30am. As always Chamber members and guests are invited and encouraged to attend.
