The ACSO Annual Christmas Toy Drive Is Underway!

The Amador County Sheriff's Office Annual Christmas Toy Drive is underway and toy collection boxes are in various businesses throughout the county!  Anyone wishing to donate to the Sheriff's Office Toy Drive can drop toys off at the Sheriff's Office or at any one of the participating toy collection locations. Please only new and unwrapped toys. If you wish to participate in the toy drive this year please visit the school office where your child or children are attending and simply ask the office staff for a voucher. If your child is home schooled or not of school age yet, please visit the School District Office or the Sheriff's Office for a voucher. If you know of a family who could benefit from this service, but may be reluctant, please contact Sergeant Patrick Weart at the Sheriff's Office. Any information provided will be kept confidential. The Annual Toy Drive distribution will be held at St. Sava Mission on Mission Boulevard in Jackson on Saturday December 16. This program is made possible by the citizens and businesses of Amador County through generous donations and contributions.  Mule Creek State Prison, along with the Argonaut High School Football/Cheer Program, provides volunteers to help with the toy drive annually.
