2019 Eagle Viewing Tours

2019 Eagle Viewing Tours

East Bay Mud is now taking reservation for the 2019 Eagle Viewing Tours.  For many years, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) has conducted public boat excursions on its reservoirs each winter in search of Bald Eagles and other birds and wildlife.  The tours will be held at Pardee and Camanche Reservoirs on Saturday, January 12 and Saturday, January 26 with morning or afternoon tours available each day.  These tours are led by EBMUD Rangers on pontoon boats.  There are a limited number of seats and wait-list spots available so reservations are required.  Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Reservations can be made by calling 772-8204.  EBMUD’s Mokelumne Watershed and Recreation Division offers these tours to increase the public’s awareness of wildlife and other watershed resources and the District’s efforts to manage these resources for sustainability and public enjoyment; and to promote the Mokelumne Volunteer Program.  Again, reservations can be made by calling 772-8204.
